wad more??
Well i wanna share wad happen on thurs during work.
I was doing outside catering service under Marina Mandarin Singapore (as usual), doing a private Italian dinner. I have to say its a big shot dinner la.
Well I am not suppose to take photo of the house and say where it is. Its illegal to do so u see? Against international law de! Serious! In fact, i am not even suppose to type out the place coz any search on google by some officer may lead them to track me down here!
But i guess it will be alright if I...
1.Say the place but cannot take photo.
OR
2. Show you some photos of some place i visited but cannot tell u the place. So u wun noe where it is.
I AM NOT TELLING YOU WHERE I WENT!!!
So now u still dunno where it is. Anyway the house is like freaking big la.
1st floor - Golf Pitch and Theatre Room
2nd floor- Living Room, Dining Room, Pantry + 2 kitchens + Swimming Pool.
*the dining room itself is bigger than my house le la.
3rd floor- Personal rooms etc
4th floor- Office room
Infact, the interior design is like a palace la.
One of the chef cooking in the outdoor kitchen.

While for me, i was cutting the bread. U noe? Italian food alot of bread de.

And ya. It was a ten course dinner. *everyone eyes popping out*
And every single course has pasta in it (typical italians...)
Infact, they brought in like more than 7 types of different pastas.
- Chef working on pasta....

Did you realize that I said every course has pasta???
IN
OTHER
WORDS
....
Including desserts???
(Chocolate mousse in the dunnno wad name pasta)

And we dun even have to provide the glasses and cutleries and plates.
U see...all their cutleries are gold-plated de. Even plates have plated gold rims la.
Btw..when we talk about gold-plated cutleries, its not the type of yellow gold (looks disgusting), but very very light yellow gold...the elegant type.
*Me doing the polishing of their cutleries*

And this is LESS THAN HALF of their collection of glasses.
*in western dining, each type of glass serves a different type of drink*

*yep and the set up is completed!*
This is part of their dining room. Observe the long long table and the swimming pool outside*

and the candle light in the middle of the table.
Looks like mini Hogwarts.

Entrance to the dining room. The four long things are not lamps, but real wax candles.
My camera lousy so cannot produce the elegant effect.

Ya la. Didn't manage to take photos of the other floors because security cameras are everywhere. Remember? I am not even suppose to bring a HP camera into the residence.
*clapx clapx for my bravery*
And so let's return to the boring food photos lor.
*Clams, Prawns and Scallops* Uncooked yet.

The black color thing is pronounced as "Brae-sau-la" Remember to keep rolling ur tongue when pronouncing the "Brae" since its italian word. Anyway it is italian Air-dried Beef.
Also seen beside the beef is Smoked Salmon with Ricota Cheese.
At the corner of the photo is the Smoke Salmon with Sour Cream and Carviar.

And yes! I got to try many different types of wine and liquor.
(According to my dory-like memory...)
+
(I only know how to pronounce, dunno how to spell)
From left: "Pro-sei-ko", Chardonnay, Lemoncerro, Whisky, Carbernet Sauverignon, Berlini, Giva. Heck those at extreme back.

And my top 3 favourites are...
.
.
.
1. Lemoncerro (Lemon taste alcohol, 25% alcohol)
2. Berlini ("Pro-sei-ko" with Peach, 5% alcohol)
3. "Pro-sei-ko" (5% alcohol) *observe that it is produced by Ferrari. The exact same company as that car brand.
